BCA is a dual disciplinary practice providing full architectural services and also on-site civil engineering services. Normal architectural services provided include design, planning and building control compliance contract administration, etc. In keeping with the practice interest in sustainability, Joe Breslin of the practice was recently accredited to work on local protected structures. Civil engineering services provided include on-site setting-out and land surveying services.
